A very warm to the beautiful island of Bali and our 100 Sunset Hotel. Our hotel has 101 rooms as well as several guest facilities and services such as a café, pool, pool bar, and so forth. We Also provide free Wifi throughthot the hotel for our guest- the password is given to you upon check in or can be take from the front office.

Food and Drink
Our Sata restaurant is located near the swimming pool and has a large seating are with both in- door and out door dining options. It opens from 6.30 am to 11.00 pm while our room service menu is available until 11.00 pm.
Our breakfast buffet will be served in restaurant from 06.30 until 10.30 serve Indonesian food and western food including various pastries, waffles, pan cakes, fruit juices and smoothies – an egg station is also and served eggs cooked to your liking.
Airport and inter-hotel transfer
Airport and inter hotel transfer can be arranged upon request.
Pengantaran dan penjemputan di bandara dapat dilakukan jika diinginkan.

For baggage handling for both arriving and departing guest, simply contact the Concierge.

Advance cash deposit is required unless you are paying by an accepted credit card. Should you have any questions, please contact the front Desk.

Children
Please be careful with your children and do not leave them unattended around the pool and baicony.

Should you require medical assistance, our hotel doctor can be arranged for personal calls to your room.

Don not Disturb
A’ Do Not Disturb” sign has been place in your room. Should you wish to be left in privacy, please switch the “do not disturb sign on” outside of your door. Should you wish incoming telephone calls, please let us know.

Durian
Durian is a delicious fruit but please do not bring into the property.

Drinking water
Please do not drink tap water. Complimentary drinking bottle water also provided in the room.

Tidak di anjurkan minum air dari kran. Air minum kemasan botol tidak berbayar di sediakan di kamar.

Our housekeeping staff is scheduled to service your room between 9 am and 4pm. Should you require services outside these hours or at a specific time during your stay, please let us know.

House Rules
Any loss and breakage to any part of the room reported during your stay will be charged to your account accordingly.

Check – out after 12.30 PM will be charged at 50% published rate.
Check – out after 04.00 PM will be charged at 100% of published rate.

Check out setelah pukul 12.30 siang dikenakan biaya tambahan 50% dari harga kamar.

Maintenance
Should anything be broken or in need of repair, please contact our front desk and that will immediately send a technician to deal with your problem.

Forbidden
Our house rules do not allow any pets in the property

Do not leave your luggage unattended while checking in or out.
If at any time during your stay you notice anything of a suspicious or alarming nature or have need of any special assistance please contact the management.

Jika suatu saat semasa tinggal anda melihat sesuatu hal yang mencurigakan atau sesuatu yang boleh tahu sesuatu yang perlu mendapat perhatian, ibahkan menghubungi management.

For your safety, 100 Sunset hotel is equipped with fire protection systems.
Please be prepare know the location of stairway exits and fire alarms.
Untuk diselamatkan anda, 100 sunset hotel dilengkapi dengan sistim pemadaman kebakaran. Untuk itu anda harus mengetahui pintu darurat terdekat dan juga alat pemadam kebakaran yang ada.

IN CASE OF FIRE, DO NOT USE ELEVATORS
If you discover fire smoke in yours room:
– Call the front desk immediately
– Take your room key, exit your room and close the door behind your
– Alert others in the area
– Activate the nearest fire alarm
– Walk to the nearest stairway and exit the building (do not use the levators)
– I smoke is present, stay low

JIKA TERJADI KEBAKARAN, JANGAN GUNAKAN LIFT
– Hubungi front office segera
– Keluar kamar dan bawa kunci kamar anda, kuncilah pintu kamar anda
– Beritahukan orang lain disekitar anda
– Aktifkan alat pemadaman kebakaran terdekat
– Berjalanlah menuju tangga darurat terdekat (jangan gunakan lift)
– Jika ada banyak asap, menunduklah

– Berjalanlah daerah tangga darurat dan tinggalkan gedung jangan menggunakan LIF

If you are ordered to evacuate your room and the DOOR IS HOT
– Do Not Open The Door
– Call the front desk and given them your location
– Stuff wet towels or clothes under the door and in air vents to keep out smoke and fumes.
– Remain calm and wait for further instructions. If Your cannot exit, your room is the safest place to be.
– If you think you need to open a window for, and you are above the ground floor. Avolid breaking the window because you may need to close it to keep smoke out later.

– Jangan buka pintu
– Hubungi front office dan bertahukan lokasi anda
– Tutup celah dibawah pintu dengan handuk atau kain basah untuk mengurangi asap
– Tetaplah tenang sambil menunggu instruksi selanjutnya.Jika anda tidak dapat keluar, kamar, maka kamar anda adalah tempat yang paling aman.
– Jika anda bermaksud membuka jendela untuk udara segar, dan anda berada datas lantai dasar, hindari memecahkan kaca jendela, karena mungkin anda akan bermaksud menutupnya kembali untuk kembali untuk mengurangi asap.

In Case Of Earthquake – Use The Traingle of Life
It is unlikely that you will experience earthquake while staying us, however in the event of an earthquake, do not hide under a desk or in a doorway. You should hide nect to a large object in what thet call “the triangle of life”.
Mungkin jarang terjadi ketika anda tinggal dengan kami akan terjadi gempa. Tetapi apabila terjadi gempa, jangan berlindung dibawah meja atau dibawah lusen pintu. Anda harus berlindung dibawah benda yang besar, dan ini yang disebut “triangle life”.

If an earthquake happens and you cannot easily escape by getting out the door or window, then lie down and curl up in the fetal position next to a sofa, or large chair.
Jika terjadi gempa dan anda tidka dapat keluar kamar melalui jendela atau pintu dengan mudah, maka tiaraplah atau merongkak kearah sofa atau kursi yang besar.

Safety & Security Procedures
If your are in bed during the night and an earthquake occurs, simply rool off the bed. A safe avold will exist around the bed-you should lie down on the floor, next to the bottomor the side of the bed during a earthquake. Jika anda berada di tempat tidur ketika gempa terjadi, sandarkan tempat tidur anda.
Tempat yang aman akanda disekitar tempat tidur anda. Anda harus berbaring di lantai diisi bawah bed ketika gempa terjadi.
